Application Challenge

The application involved level sensing in a process environment where maintaining hygienic standards and ensuring safe operation in hazardous areas were key requirements. The sensing solution needed to provide accurate and reliable point level detection while complying with both hygienic process requirements and flameproof/explosion proof safety standards for hazardous zones.

Solution

To address the application's process and safety requirements, a custom-designed Hygienic Flameproof Vibrating Fork Level Switch with a digital controller was implemented. The solution combined hygienic construction, flameproof protection, and reliable point level detection, making it well suited for demanding process environments while ensuring consistent and dependable operation.
