CapPS is designed to make production more systematic and efficient through automation with integration of frappe ERPnext and CapPS tower module. CapPS is designed to ease the manufacturing/production process of our level sensors. The CapPS system ensures transparency, streamlining the order workflow, minimizing wastage (such as scrap material), and boosting efficiency.
Within CapPS, two new tools, namely Trolley and Tower, have been introduced. Trolleys serve as a movable "work-in-Progress warehouse/target warehouse/warehouse". Trolleys are safe means to transport equipment, various components, and materials efficiently. With high lifting capacity and straightforward operation, trolleys simplify transportation tasks as personnel move them between workstations.
The automatic identification of transport trolleys using an RFID reader is pivotal to enhance the efficiency and fasten the manufacturing process. Manual handling of raw materials often results in serious injuries and fatigue, leading to decreased productivity. The trolley system simplifies material handling, while the RFID tracking system enables real-time monitoring of trolley locations.
The utilization of automatic tracking technology enables the efficient management of vast amount of data which we achieve through our ERPnext customization. This innovation furnishes current insights into the entirety of the manufacturing process in real-time.
