When we are talking about movable work in progress warehouses (Trolleys in our case) then raw material allocation for manufacturing product plays vital role in efficiency of production floor. These step include every minute detailing of stores starting from requirement of raw materials to provide appropriate raw material to each trolley as per their Work Order and material request.

The essence of this procedure leads us to provide some UI for store authority who can interact with our ERPnext server and get appropriate data. This data can be handled smoothly by store people for efficient loading of raw material into trolleys . This also enables transparent verification of material while transition between store to production.

The Below image describes its 8 step procedure to handle the entire Raw Material Allocation.

It starts with Selection of MREQs from single or Multiple Production Plan. We can also add MREQs individually using MREQ filter. Next step is to prepare MREQ table which was selected in 1st step with some validation. Step 3 is to configure MREQ-WO table accroding MREQ table with WO validation. After auto save in step3 Kitting can be initiated by asking for number of kits to user. When kitting is done trolley allocation can be initiated which checks for the physical trolleys available for allocation and validation. When trolley allocation is done required Items can be calculated by clicking on button. These items are grouped as per trolleys.

Finally user can submit the doc and print different formats for different purpose.

These will provide flexibility along with accuracy while loading for minimising possibility of human error.
