Let's Start with baby steps How to configure your 1st RMAT (Raw Material Allocation to Trolleys) doc.

1. Navigation : type "Raw Material" in search bar will look like below :

2. Select "New Raw Material Allocation to trolleys" for new document. Select "Raw Material Allocation to Trolleys List" for viewing all RMAT docs.
3. After selecting "New Raw Material Allocation to trolleys" => it will open new doc and look like below

4. Here Series will define its name like => "RMAT-2024-04-24-00001" after save. It can be found later in list view of RMAT ("Raw Material Allocation to Trolleys List")
5. To begin with keep in mind below flow diagram which was introduced earlier in introduction.

6. So as per the above diagram 1st step will be Get MREQ list. For this click on

7. Step 1 and 2 "Get MREQs from" have 3 options :


	1. **Multiple production plan** : if you wish to include MREQs from different production Plan then select this option after selecting it will look like :

	Do not forget to check select Production Plan Material Request. Now tick on checkbox individually or combined from left topmost checkbox. And then click on "Get Items".
	
	After clicking it will show how many MREQs are selected and Added as below :

	Note : Not all selected Material request will be added due to their validation failure.

	It will look exactly like above image. The document is not saved right now so do not refresh the doc.
	2. **Single Production Plan** : if you want to add MREQs from only single production plan then this tool will help you. On clicking it will ask name of Production Plan like below :

	Here you should enter correct name of Production Plan. like MFG-PP-2024-00028

	On submitting it will validate Production plan name and find appropriate MREQs in that Production Plan.

	It shows that it has added 44 MREQs from that Production plan

	This will be reflected here like above. The document is not saved right now so do not refresh the doc.
	3. Material Request : In case of emergency where MREQ is not included in Production plan but needs to be manufactured now in that case this option will help you to plan RMAT Production Plan MREQ along with individual MREQ.
	
	By clicking on Material Request it will show multiselect dialog box like below :

	Here you can put filters you can type name or you can choose date and select MREQs which you need to include in MREQ Table.
	
	on clicking "Get Items" the selected checkbox MREQs will be added to MREQ Table along with Production Plan MREQs.

	The above MREQs are added in the existing table

	Still doc is not saved Now you can save or can go to the next step.
8. Step 3 : Click on MREQ-WO table => that will open Generate Button. This button will let you fetch appropriate Work orders from MREQs which you have selected Earlier.

This table has display name as "Raw Material Allocation". Here one can see colored dots ahead of Work Order. on refreshing page same colored dots can be seen on MREQ table also :

Note: refreshing doc is recommended for reflecting changes in doc. Sometimes due to network of data rendering capacity colored dot and other pages of tables are not visible. Once you refresh the page then both are visible.
9. importance of colored dot : There are 4 possible colors which will be shown in MREQ table :


	1. Blue : These MREQs have not valid Work Order linked. (Stopped,cancelled or draft)
	2. Red : These have valid Work Order but missing Items in stores. these item list can be seen on below table on mouse over work order.
	3. Green : Valid Work Order with all items available.
	4. Orange : valid Work Order but items are missing due to consumption from above rows of MREQ.
	
	Conflict can be seen by reaching mouse over workorder

	In MREQ-WO table (Display name : Raw Material Allocation) 3 possible colors : Red,Green and Orange.
10. Step4 : kitting : From step4 to 6 are part of auto allocation. For this there is action button which has 3 buttons like below:

3 stages in auto allocation mode


	1. Kitting : let you allocate n number of trolleys(kits) input given by you.
	2. Allocate\_trolley : will allocate trolleys depending upon physical availability and number of kits you have entered.
	3. Calculate Required Items : will calculate exact raw material needed for each trolley with accurate quantity and item code.
11. So let's begin with kitting : When you click on kitting button it will ask for input like below:

on submit it will allocate 24 kits to MREQ-WO table

When explored /rendered row from table it will be visible :

12. Now Please do not click on kitting again as will create confusion later.
13. step 5 : Trolley Allocation : When clicked on Trolley allocation it will allocate trolleys to kits starting from kit-1. Now rows in MREQ-WO Table can not be modified or moved.

When clicked if trolleys available larger or equal to number of kits then it will show like below:

On confirming it will start allocating. if number of trolleys are lesser than kits then it will show like below:

In first case all rows of MREQ-WO table will get trolley number but in second case rows with kit-18,kit-19 & kit-20 will get transferred to new RMAT doc. Also keep not that rows which does not have any kit-X number will be transferred to new RMAT also.

After clicking on Yes(in 1st case)/ Continue (in 2nd case) it will show table with allocated trolleys

14. After saving the above doc, its time to calculate required items for each trolley. So click on calculate required items it will add another table named required items into doc like below :

Here color dot ahead of trolley number indicates availability of particular item mentioned on that row. (Red means not available and Green means available)

Note : for understanding purpose Here doc can be submitted though trolley with missing items .
15. if someone tries to regenerate MREQ-WO table now then one will get message like below:

So once Trolley selection is done we can not add more rows to MREQ-WO
