Sapcon Instruments presents its latest offering for level measurement of an array of service material including fine, coarse, bulk solids, liquids and non sticky slurries, conductive or non-conductive, corrosive or non-corrosive in nature.

TRANSlite is a microcontroller based 3/4 wire, capacitance based level transmitter, has no moving parts, no mechanical wear and tear, interference free signal transmission with system fault detection for added reliability. Sapcon Instruments has recently added two variants of the original TRANSlite version fuel level sensors. The Trans~lite variant is suited for applications where users need the probe and the electronics unit away from each other, it supports a distance of upto 5 meters. In water boilers and treatment plants where the temperature of the material sometimes goes well beyond 100 degree C. TRANSlite family of continuous level indication sensors offer the most inexpensive solution as compared to other technologies. TRANS~lite offers the industry something which is as good as a higher level technology and costs almost one tenth, significantly reducing the upfront investment.

The other new variant, TRANS2lite offers a 2 wire capacitance level detection offer. Using TRANS2lite as the option of fuel level measurement, you can save the cost of installation and operation as the 3rd wire isn't used. TRANS2lite fuel level sensor uses a combination of 4 DIP switches in using which the users can calibrate in steps of 10% from 0-100%. Helps in having a minimum empty-fill requirement at the time of commissioning.
